All prices on DualDrops.com are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

Are taxes included in the price?

Are customs duties or VAT included?
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or government fees. These charges are not included in product prices.


Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available.

How long does shipping take?
Processing time is 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after shipment. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?
To request a return, contact us at hello@dualdrops.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Are any items non-returnable?
Gift cards are non-returnable.

When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
