Return & Refund Policy – Dual Drops

At Dual Drops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at hello@dualdrops.com. Returns must be sent to:

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • If shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

  • Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as above.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
