At Dual Drops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item.
If shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as above.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
