Cancellation policy

At DualDrops, we want your shopping experience to be simple and worry-free. This policy explains how you can cancel orders, return items, and request refunds. It covers subscriptions, pre-orders, try-before-you-buy items, and regular purchases.


1. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions provide repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

  • Your payment method is securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you pay in advance.

  • Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their term. To avoid renewal, you must cancel before the next delivery.

  • You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time by clicking the link in your order confirmation email.

  • Refunds for canceled subscriptions are processed according to our returns policy.


2. Pre-orders

  • Pre-orders are for items not yet in stock. We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout.

  • You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships.

  • Once a pre-order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a full or partial refund.

  • Refunds are handled according to our returns policy.


3. Try-Before-You-Buy Items

  • Your payment method is authorized before shipment.

  • You have a trial period of 7 days from delivery to decide if you want to keep the item.

  • If the item is not returned within the trial period, your payment method will be charged the full amount.

  • Returns and refunds for try-before-you-buy items follow our returns policy.


4. Regular Returns & Refunds

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • To start a return, contact us by email at hello@dualdrops.com with your order details.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Bank or card processing times may vary.

  • Return shipping costs:

    • Defective or damaged items: DualDrops covers return shipping.

    • Customer-initiated returns: Customer pays return shipping.

  • Some items (e.g., sale or personalized products) may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at purchase.


5. How to Cancel an Order

  • For regular orders, you may cancel within 24 hours of purchase by contacting hello@dualdrops.com.

  • Cancellations after 24 hours may be subject to the returns policy.

  • Pre-orders, subscriptions, and try-before-you-buy items follow the rules in sections 1–3.
