All orders on DualDrops.com ship free of charge within the United States. There are no hidden fees for standard shipping.
We currently ship only within the United States and its territories, including:
Continental United States
Alaska and Hawaii
U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)
PO Boxes via USPS
Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) via USPS
We do not ship internationally.
Orders are shipped via the following carriers based on your location and availability:
USPS (United States Postal Service)
FedEx
UPS
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Delivery Time: 2–7 business days after shipment (business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays)
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues or peak seasons (holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:
Tracking number
Carrier information
Estimated delivery date
You can track your order at any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. DualDrops is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.
Delivery Location: We recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the package.
Missing or Delayed Package: If tracking shows no movement after 10 business days, contact us immediately.
Damaged Package: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement promptly.
Wrong Address: Contact us immediately at hello@dualdrops.com. Address changes can only be made before the order ships.
